Facilities Maintenance Manager

The Facilities Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading and executing all maintenance, repair, and facility-support functions. They will oversee maintenance personnel, coordinate projects, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to support continuous production and minimize downtime

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily maintenance operations for production equipment, utilities, and facility systems by conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance with minimal downtime

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using technical schematics, equipment manuals, and engineering drawings while fabricating or modifying components as needed

* Manage maintenance projects, contractors, vendors, and facility improvements while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within established budgets

* Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection documentation while enforcing safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, equipment sanitation requirements, and compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years of experience working in a similar manufacturing/production environment

* Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

* Knowledge of schematics, manuals, drawings, etc.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Experience working in a bakery environment
