ERMC Aviation Services is in search of an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our operations at the Miami airport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies.
- Handle multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily activities, manage to and meet deadlines, and develop & track plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
- Work with Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs. Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations leadership.
- Facilitate technical and safety training, as well as help to develop the professional development of maintenance associates.
- Maintain site morale and customer satisfaction by keeping the customer in mind and by keeping the interests of the company at heart.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
- Experience in airport operations or infrastructure
- Experience with FAA regulations, safety protocols, and airport systems
Standard qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
- Must possess a Government ID and Social Security card.
- Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
- Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
- Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as in small spaces
- Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
