The Gist
As the Facility Manager at FatCats, you'll ensure that our center operates smoothly and safely byoverseeing building maintenance, repairs, and preventative care. You'll be responsible for the upkeepof everything from bowling pinsetter machines to HVAC systems while leading and developing a smallteam of mechanics and pin chasers. A Day in the Life of a Facility Manager
Your day will revolve around ensuring the safety, functionality, and maintenance of the entire FatCatsfacility. From troubleshooting pinsetter machines to coordinating repairs and leading your team ofmechanics, no two days will be the same. You'll also play a key role in maintaining industry safetystandards and communicating with leadership to address issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in facility maintenance and teammanagement. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in maintenance or asimilar role, including two years of experience managing a team. A solid understanding of mechanicalsystems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is essential. Additionally, the candidate shouldpossess excellent organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with theability to work efficiently under pressure.
