Tampa Bay Girls Academy (TBGA) - Secure facility comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay: $50,000 salary exempt

What you will do: The Facilities Maintenance Manager works as a member of the Administration/Business Department team. Primarily responsible for overseeing and conducting all aspects of site maintenance, including but not limited to: grounds keeping, water systems, daily maintenance, emergency repairs, remodeling projects, and new construction at designated ROP sites. The Projects Manager reports to the Program Director or other designated supervisor. Directly supervises maintenance and groundskeeping staff.
