Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic performs corrective and preventative maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment, utilities, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

* Repair and install pumps, compressors, valves, motors, piping, electrical components, and perform general plumbing repairs and pipe installation.

* Complete building maintenance including carpentry, drywall, welding, brazing, soldering, pipe threading, ProPress work, and safe use of hand and power tools.

* Read P&IDs, schematics, and technical manuals while following confined space, hot work, and all company safety procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Must have plumbing experience

* High school diploma or GED

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm or 10:30pm

* Facilities maintenance background

Preferred Skills & Experience

* EPA certification
