Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Overview:

Currently, we are looking for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team in West Lawn, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibiltiies:

• Previous experience within an industrial plant. Along with, performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems usingschematics, meters, circuittracing, and motorwiringup to 480V.
• Repair and maintainpumps, gearboxes, vacuum pumps, bearings, and shafts.
• Complete PMs, projects, line calls, and breakdown repairs while supporting production and working with other mechanics and operators.

Qualifications:

• Past experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicianin an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

• Experience working with 480V electrical systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and vacuums ystems.

• Experience with pipefitting.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentand respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
