This long-term temp-to-hire role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems production support equipment and facility infrastructure to ensure safe compliant and efficient operations in a regulated medical manufacturing environment. Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical and facility systems. Troubleshoot diagnose and repair equipment and building systems including production support utilities to minimize downtime. Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate maintenance records logs and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Support facility compliance with safety cGMP and quality standards applicable to a medical production environment. Conduct basic carpentry painting and general facility repairs as needed. Assist with equipment installations relocations and facility modifications. Monitor and respond to building automationalarm systems. Follow all safety protocols lockouttagout procedures and cleanroom or controlled-area requirements when applicable. Maintain a clean organized work area and support overall facility appearance and functionality. Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to support operational needs.This is a Full Time Temp to Hire opportunitySchedule 410s Monday-ThursdayThe Ideal candidate will have High school diploma or equivalent required technical training or vocational certification preferred. 2 years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience medical pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar regulated environment preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints schematics and technical manuals. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems CMMS is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs work at heights and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work. Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent Monday-Thursday 410 schedule. Willingness to follow strict safety quality and cleanliness standards required in a medical production facility. Experience in a cGMP ISO or FDA-regulated environment. Basic electrical welding or instrumentation skills. Forklift or aerial lift certification.
