Location: Phoenix (I-17 & Peoria)
$18.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities Maintenance to support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop, assisting with basic upkeep of equipment, and supporting the maintenance team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, work areas, and common spaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
• Assist with cleaning and basic upkeep of CNC machines
• Support maintenance technicians with general tasks as needed
• Dispose of trash and ensure work areas remain organized and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
• Must be able to speak and understand English
