Job Description:
Duties: 2-4 years' experience
Manages, troubleshoots, and diagnoses the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings. Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities. Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems. Understands and complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits. High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed
