Job Title: Industrial Facilities Maintenance

Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment. You’ll work alongside production and maintenance teams to support workflow and keep the facility running smoothly.

What You'll Do
As an Industrial Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
• Operating skid steer and forklifts to move materials and keep work areas clear
• Performing industrial cleaning and sanitation tasks in high-production settings
• Conducting routine safety and maintenance inspections to identify hazards or repair needs
• Assisting with production support tasks, including supporting pellet mill and packaging operations
• Performing basic preventive maintenance and reporting mechanical issues
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the facility
• Supporting additional operational duties as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of industrial or production experience (preferred)
• Experience operating forklifts and skid steers
• Strong coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Good concentration, multitasking skills, and troubleshooting abilities
• Basic math skills for routine calculations
