Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist (GMP Manufacturing & Utilities)

Summary

Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist with strong industrial maintenance, utility systems, boiler operations, and wastewater treatment experience. GMP experience is preferred but not required. Military and U.S. Navy engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot fire-tube boilers and steam-generation systems.
• Maintain clean/plant steam, compressed air, nitrogen, HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial water systems.
• Support wastewater treatment, modernization, and improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment using P&IDs, drawings, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Manage maintenance work orders using CMMS platforms and document activities in systems such as Maximo or Veeva.
• Support system inspections, walkdowns, startup activities, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities, utilities, manufacturing, or power-generation experience.
• Hands-on fire-tube boiler and wastewater treatment experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to read P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals.
• GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or military engineering experience is preferred, not required.
