Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $77,000.00 Annually
Emmy Squared Pizza is seeking a hands-on, highly responsive Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance and facilities operations across our New York City restaurant locations.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and partnering closely with General Managers to keep our restaurants safe, fully operational, and aligned with brand standards.
As a growing, multi-state restaurant group, we're looking for someone who takes pride in protecting the guest experience through strong execution and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Daily Facilities Oversight
Conduct regular site visits and respond to maintenance requests
Execute preventative maintenance programs
Ensure HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment remain operational
Hands-On Repairs
Perform general repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical)
Troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment issues
Address urgent facility needs quickly to minimize disruption
Vendor Coordination
Schedule and oversee third-party contractors
Ensure work is completed on time and to standard
Communicate repair timelines and updates to restaurant leadership
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain maintenance logs and service records
Monitor recurring issues and escalate larger capital needs when appropriate
What We're Looking For
2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience (restaurant/hospitality preferred)
Strong working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration
Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills
Willingness to travel between locations
Flexible availability for occasional emergency response
