We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Facilities Maintenance Person to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of construction, plumbing, electrical, general repairs, and building maintenance. You don’t need to know everything—we’re looking for someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and can figure things out.

What We Offer

• $19–$29/hour, depending on experience
• PTO: 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked

What we’re looking for:

• Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities may include:

• General building and property maintenance
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Carpentry and construction-related projects
• Equipment and facility upkeep
• Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Helping with a variety of hands-on projects as needed

Experience is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
