Job Summary The Facilities Maintenance Team Member is responsible for the safe and reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of the plants building systems and infrastructure, including:
• Electrical systems • HVAC systems • Water supply systems • Sewage systems • Water treatment systems • Fire protection systems
This role also supports construction and site projects and performs general building maintenance, such as:
• Painting • Wall repair • Plumbing • Other facility upkeep
to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do Operate and maintain the facilitys equipment and utilities, structures, electrical, HVAC, water supply, sewage, hydraulics, and other systems.
Operate mobile equipment, such as:
• Scissor lift • Boom lift • Fork lift • Other equipment
to support maintenance activities.
Follow all Facility safety rules and standards.
Provide accurate information compiled from checklists, inspections, etc.
Support the manufacturing facility at-large in emergency situations.
