• Competitive Pay: Facilities and Maintenance Team Members start at $18 per hour with opportunities for increases. Leadership Roles start at $20 per hour.

Facilities & Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities:

• Team members show up on time, in uniform and prepared for excellence.
• Team members understand our mission: “To serve delicious food and brighten someone’s day.”

• Beyond understanding our purpose and values, each team member demonstrates excellence in the restaurant by taking pride in all the little things that make us victorious
• Keep all restaurant areas clean, organized and well-stocked
• Unpack truck deliveries and maintain inventory counts
• Sweep, mop and spot-clean floors regularly
• Wipe down and clean tables, windows, glass doors and entry ways
• Empty trash bins, replace liners and maintain dumpster area
• Clean and restock restrooms regularly
• Maintain clean exterior including sidewalks, parking lot and dining patio
• Repair or replace broken equipment, order supplies and manage inventory
• Complete checklists to ensure that safety requirements are being met
• Follow pathways and training methods for consistent success
• Support the team wherever possible – always have each other’s back
• Be willing to do whatever is necessary to help the team win. No job is too small.
• Treat the restaurant as if it were your home – avoid wastefulness and always be cleaning
• Participate in daily huddles (meetings), foster positive communication and be accountable.
• Be willing to be challenged and open to growth. This job will be demanding but rewarding.

Team Member Requirements:

• We won’t hire just anybody. We are looking for talent.

• Our team members must be at least 16 years old and legally allowed to work in New York.

• Yes, we call them ‘team members’ for a reason. You must be capable of working well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Support your co-workers with honor, dignity, and respect.

You should also:

• Have ability to take direction, accept feedback and respect leadership, rules and procedures.

• Possess outstanding initiative, people skills and willingness to serve.

• Understand the meaning of genuine hospitality when it comes to taking care of our guests.

• Be able to address and resolve conflicts quickly. Must be able to make quick decisions and work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.

• Be willing and able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift heavy boxes (50 lbs) and operate basic restaurant equipment and machinery.
