Within our Facilities team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! What You’ll Do:
\n
\n
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, and flooring.
\n
Inspect building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and complete repairs efficiently.
\n
Operate, maintain, and safely use tools and equipment associated with multiple skilled trades.
\n
Install, repair, and modify office furniture to support department needs and workspace improvements.
\n
Maintain lawns, trees, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces using mowers, trimmers, blowers, rakes, aeration equipment, and other grounds equipment.
\n
Complete seasonal grounds work, including snow removal and landscape maintenance, to keep Leprino facilities safe and presentable.
\n
Arrange and move furniture for conference rooms, board rooms, cafeterias, and company events.
\n
Open the Denver office by turning on lights, unlocking designated areas, checking common spaces, and completing related morning tasks.
\n
Identify and report building or grounds concerns and address maintenance issues when appropriate.
\n
Coordinate maintenance requests with Facilities team members and support other departments with office-related services.
\n
Follow Leprino safety procedures while completing building, grounds, and office service work.
\n
Complete assigned maintenance tasks with limited supervision while keeping work accurate and organized. We’re excited to welcome someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a great workplace!

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
\n
\n
A high school diploma or GED.
\n
At least one year of experience in facilities maintenance, landscape maintenance, or grounds maintenance.
\n
A valid Colorado driver’s license.
\n
\n
\n
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
\n
\n
An HVAC certification or formal HVAC training.
\n
Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
\n
Experience maintaining building systems across multiple skilled trades, such as electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, or flooring.
\n
Experience operating and maintaining grounds equipment, including snow removal equipment and power landscaping tools. We believe thoughtful maintenance and reliable facilities help create a welcoming workplace for everyone!
