Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Franklin, WI – 100% Onsite
Duration and hire type: Direct Hire
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, plus OT as needed
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation: $27-32/hr

Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on facility systems and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems and production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and facility improvements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS and other computer systems.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Support training and development of junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, automotive, mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures.
