Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Franklin, WI – 100% Onsite
Duration and hire type: Direct Hire
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, plus OT as needed
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation: $27-32/hr

Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on facility systems and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems and production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and facility improvements.
Use hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and other material handling equipment safely.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS and other computer systems.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Support training and development of junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
1–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, automotive, mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures.
