Facilities Maintenance Technician A

Responsibilities

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Full-time 1st shift Facilities Mobile Technician A to help with racking repairs and maintenance throughout the region based out of San Bernadino, CA. This position requires the ability to travel 100% Monday-Friday across multiple facilities throughout region.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift 5:30AM-2:00PM-Occasional weekends and must be flexible to work other shifts as needed.Pay: Up to $35.00-$37.00/HR based on skills and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities
• Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
• Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 3 plus years of related experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical School Certification
