Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility environment
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, or facility-related systems
• Ability to identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Strong attention to safety procedures and workplace regulations
• Resume and interview required

Job Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime
• Complete preventative maintenance activities according to schedule
• Repair and maintain facility infrastructure as needed
• Inspect equipment and work areas to identify potential maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Work closely with production and maintenance team members to support operational goals
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform maintenance tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

What You Will Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports reliable equipment performance through planned maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and effective repair practices. This role requires mechanical knowledge, strong work habits, and a commitment to maintaining safe operating conditions.
