We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician IV to provide high-level technical support, maintain manufacturing equipment, and lead technical projects.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex PLCs, computer-driven, and multi-feature equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) via CMMS schedules and support 6S methodology.

• Install compressed air lines, electrical wiring, conduits, and associated components.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with leadership and vendors.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, EHS guidelines, and building maintenance as needed.

• High School Diploma/GED + 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with 110-220 VAC single-phase and 208-480 VAC three-phase systems.

• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.

• Comfortable operating forklifts, boom/scissor lifts, working at heights of 20+ ft, and lifting up to 40 lbs. continuously.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least five (7) years of experience in a similar function in an is industrial setting required!

• Extensive hands-on experience maintaining various manufacturing machinery

• Str0ng problem-solving abilities and proficiency with diagnostic tools (multi-meters, sensors, etc.)

• Understand and troubleshoot control systems

• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings

• Working knowledge in 110-220 VAC single-phase and 208-480VAC three-phase electrical systems

• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of personnel

• Must be able to use a PC to track work orders, communicate, etc.

• Sheetrock (1 year of experience is required)
• Plumbing (1 year of experience is required)
• handyman skills (1 year of experience is required)
• 3 Phase Electronics (1 year of experience is required)
• 480V (1 year of experience is required)
• Wiring (1 year of experience is required)
• PLC (1 year of experience is required)
