    Description

    • Maintain equipment, identify risks, diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and electrical systems, and make mechanical and electrical repairs while complying with service standards and regulations
    • Operate a web control building HVAC management system
    • Complete work orders and document repairs in a timely manner
    • Work collaboratively with maintenance team to complete district-wide facility needs such as plumbing, groundskeeping, building projects and repairs
    • Inspect buildings for safety hazards to maintain compliance with regulations and address safety concerns
    • Maintain ability to work in various environments while performing physically demanding tasks in compliance with OSHA standards
    • Attend training and meetings as directed
    • Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director
