Facilities Maintenance Technician

Lifetime Products is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. Job Summary:This position is responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building systems and facilities. Duties include general maintenance such as light electrical and plumbing work to ensure the building remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenanceComplete light electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches, bulbs)Perform light plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, fixtures)Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairsHVAC support such as filter changesRespond to maintenance requests promptlyMaintain tools and ensure safe work practicesCoordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessaryQualifications:6 months experience preferred.Positive attitude. Highly motivated self starter.Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systemsAbility to use hand and power tools safelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsMust have valid clean Utah driving record.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, bend, and climb ladders as neededCome join our team.
