Facilities Maintenance Technician

* Responsible for ensuring grounds and equipment are safe, functional, and well maintained.
* Responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and executing repairs to maintain operation.
* Responsible for mechanical and electrical repair of machinery, equipment, buildings, systems, and grounds.



Required skills and experiences:

* Must have preventative maintenance experience.
* Must have mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
* Must have experience with facilities maintenance.
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Preferred skills and experiences:

* Experience with grounds maintenance.
* Experience with plumbing.
