Facilities Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our CT team.

This role is responsible for maintaining the facilities, grounds and equipment for our world-class head quarters in Killingly. This would include:

• Policing the grounds, shoveling/sanding walks as necessary, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs including watering
• Perform carpentry, floor repair, plumbing repairs and minor electrical repairs (Plumbing experience preferred)
• Paint both interior and exterior of building
• Promote continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance

Our requirements for the role include:

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to lift 60 lbs, bend stoop, climb and reach
• Ability to work without supervision
