Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Hands-on welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
• Basic metal fabrication skills

Job Duties

• Perform maintenance and repairs on facility electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and respond to facility work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and building systems
• Assist with installation, relocation, and modification of manufacturing equipment
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related technical environment is preferred.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance programs and responding to equipment breakdowns is beneficial.
• Knowledge of PLCs, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or fabrication is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.

What You Will Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
