Facilities Maintenance Technician

A large food distribution company in Forest Park, GA, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team!

$20/hour | Temp-to-Hire | Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

• Perform repairs and maintenance in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, welding, drywall, and painting
• Pull and manage work orders through the CMMS system
• Report damages and items needing repair to leadership
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times

What We're Looking For

• Experience in general facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, welding (preferred) and painting
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Experience with or ability to learn a CMMS work order system 
• Strong attention to safety and detail
