We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and operation of a manufacturing facility. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with consistent hours and overtime available as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing facility maintenance, janitorial duties, and general repairs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
100% Onsite
Overtime available as needed
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems
Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues
Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and general facility infrastructure
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner
Use cleaning equipment and tools to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Assist with facility improvement projects and equipment installations
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
2+ years of maintenance, facilities, janitorial, or industrial maintenance experience
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience using cleaning equipment and maintenance tools
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints is a plus
Basic computer skills preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
