This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in facility maintenance building systems HVAC electrical systems plumbing preventative maintenance and grounds maintenance.Position SummaryThe Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the safety functionality and overall condition of company facilities grounds and equipment. This role performs routine inspections preventative maintenance troubleshooting repairs and facility improvements across multiple building systems.The position works closely with internal teams and approved contractors to ensure facilities remain safe compliant operational and well-maintained.Qualifications Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possessExperience in facility maintenance building maintenance commercial property maintenance construction trades or facility managementWorking knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC refrigeration mechanical and structural systemsExperience performing preventative maintenance inspections troubleshooting diagnostics and repairsBasic carpentry painting general construction and facility repair skillsExperience with groundskeeping landscaping and exterior property maintenance preferredAbility to identify troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues safely and efficientlyKnowledge of workplace safety practices OSHA principles and regulatory complianceStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectsExperience coordinating with vendors contractors and service providersAbility to successfully pass required background checks including employer customer andor SIDA requirementsAbility to travel between company locations on Oahu Maui Kauai Lihue and Hawaii Island KonaMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesCompensation & BenefitsPay Range80000 &8211 85000 annually depending on education skills and experience.In compliance with Hawaii pay transparency requirements the posted compensation range reflects the anticipated compensation for this position.
