This role performs routine inspections preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems including HVAC plumbing electrical and structural components. The position also provides cross support to the equipment Maintenance Lead for upkeep and exterior maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.Pay Range24 &8211 30.00 per hourIn compliance with Hawaii pay transparency expectations the posted range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role.
