Facilities Maintenance Technician I
$23.00–$25.76/hour + $2.00 shift differential
Monday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support daily facility operations while helping keep everything safe, functional, and efficient.
- Perform basic maintenance, installation, and repair tasks
- Assist with troubleshooting facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment)
- Support preventive maintenance programs
- Help coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance activities
- Move and set up equipment, furniture, and workspaces as needed
- Assist other maintenance technicians on projects and tasks
- Track issues and help implement corrective actions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
- Complete light janitorial, plumbing, and general upkeep tasks
- Operate facility vehicles and equipment when needed
