Facilities Maintenance Technician - JD25

Job Title: Maintenance Technician I
Locatio: Irving, TX (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 02/04/2027
Working hours:  8:00am - 4:30pm
Total hours: 40
 

Duties:

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
• Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.
• Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.

Experience:

• 0-2 years
  

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
