Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various systems within our two facilities, which are one mile between them.Duties:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter replacements, and equipment inspections- Conduct repairs on electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage components- Utilize ammeters and precision measuring instruments to diagnose issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and industrial electrician systems- Welding tasks as needed for repairs- Maintain hydraulics systems in optimal condition- Handle militarise equipment with precision and careRequirements:- Proven experience as a Facilities Technician or similar role- Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance and repairs- Knowledge of high voltage systems and ammeter usage- Familiarity with low voltage components and logic controllers- Experience in welding for maintenance tasks- Ability to work with militarise equipment efficiently- Understanding of industrial electrician systems and precision measuring instruments- Strong skills in hydraulics maintenanceThis position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
