    Facilities Maintenance Technician – Ascent Automotive West

    Lexus of Las Vegas / Lexus of Henderson / Centennial Subaru

    Overview

    We are seeking a self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient building repairs/needs handling.   In this role, you will be responsible for following procedures, maintaining equipment and the properties on a rotation of our 3 dealerships and service center.  Our facilities focus is to ensure quality and safety while managing a cost-effective improvement strategy.  Satisfying necessary repairs, facilitate vendors, and embracing internal customer expectations are essential.  If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us!  You will work alongside the best in our business and part of the team consistently achieving the Top Workplaces designation!

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct building inspections thoroughly and prioritize necessary maintenance or repair needs
    • Complete services or repairs effectively while ensuring quality and timeliness
    • Communiate directly with Facilities Director
    • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures

    Requirements

    • High School diploma; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Is legally able to work in the United States
    • Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
    • Pre-employment drug screen and background required
    • On call hours on a rotating basis
    • HVAC experience required
    • EPA certification required
    • OSHA 10 preferred

    Pay:   Pay rate based on experience/education/skills with range from $22 to $28 per hour
