Facilities Maintenance Technician

White's Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for helping maintain our dealership facilities, coordinating repairs, and ensuring our property remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

Reports To: Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and property maintenance and basic repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Identify maintenance needs and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Coordinate larger repair projects with preferred vendors.
• Obtain quotes for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors before, during, and after projects.
• Follow up on project completion and manage punch lists to ensure work meets expectations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with preferred vendors.
• Help ensure the dealership grounds and facilities present a clean, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and general handyman work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work as needed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Compensation: Pay is based on experience.

Part time position only.  25-30 Hours /week. Hourly pay. Monday-Friday.  Some Saturdays as needed.
