Facilities & Maintenance Technician

Function:The Facilities & Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintenance of HVAC filters. This role also supports building janitorial duties and assisting the Facilities team as needed.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ability to work as part a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions as well as working independentlyAbility to pass DOT drug screeningMaintain and replace HVAC filtersMaintain a safe, clean, and functional work environmentPerform additional duties as assigned Skill/Experience Requirements:High School Diploma Valid driver's license required; must be able to safely operate Company vehiclesStrong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Physical Working Conditions:Ability to safely perform hands-on maintenance tasksAbility to work indoors and outdoors and in positions requiring standing, bending, reaching, climbing, or working in difficult areas and in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditionsComfortable with heights
