We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This position is responsible for supporting the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with basic building maintenance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing a variety of maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general facilities maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Complete interior and exterior painting projects
  • Repair and replace trim, molding, doors, and other finish materials
  • Perform light carpentry work and minor building repairs
  • Maintain and replace HVAC filters on a regular schedule
  • Inspect facilities for maintenance issues and address repairs promptly
  • Assist with office, shop, and building improvement projects
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other general facilities maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous facilities maintenance, construction, carpentry, or handyman experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of painting, trim repair, light carpentry, and general building maintenance
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and basic maintenance equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license required
