Facilities Maintenance Technician

As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our dealership's buildings, grounds, and equipment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and customer-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on dealership facilities and equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Oversee Custodial teams.
• Oversee Landscaping teams.
• Minor repairs to building components.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems; coordinate with outside vendors.
• Set up and move furniture, equipment, and displays as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with special projects, renovations, and facility improvements.
• Monitor facility supplies and maintenance inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous facilities maintenance, handyman, building maintenance, or similar experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience operating hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
