Facilities Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist our Maintenance Manager with the upkeep of our collision center locations. This role includes building maintenance, equipment support, general repairs, and physical labor to keep our facilities clean, safe, and operating efficiently. What you will do

• Assist with maintenance and repairs of company buildings and facilities.
• Perform general labor including painting, cleaning, organizing, and property upkeep.
• Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of shop equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Maintain the appearance of company grounds, parking lots, and exterior areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests from shop locations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Help with facility improvement projects and preventative maintenance.
• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, construction, facilities, or a related trade preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while supporting a team.
