Facilities Maintenance Technician

This is a non-exempt position of above average/technical difficulty. Tasks include performing a variety of routine maintenance and repair tasks in areas of masonry, plastering, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, steam fitting, sheet metal, glazing, mechanical, or other types of maintenance work. Tasks would also involve related work as required to perform routine firing, maintenance, and repairing of low-pressure boilers and automatic heating systems in buildings
