Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking an Facilities Maintenance Technician to work at a manufacturing site.

-Perform general cleaning, maintenance and upkeep in a manufacturing facility
-Ensure the building and work areas remain clean, safe and in good working condition
-Collect and dispose of trash and recycling
-Maintain common areas and exterior areas as needed
-Replace light bulbs
-Replace damaged ceiling tiles
-Perform painting as needed
-Assist maintenance technicians with other duties

Required Skills & Experience
-HS Diploma or GED
-Ability to wear PPE
-Ability to work in triple digit heat
-Basic facilities maintenance experience
-Ability to lift 50 lbs
-Ability to work on rooftop on occasion as needed
-Ability to use basic tools
