Avo Photonics is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a growing customer base.
We seek a diligent, dedicated, and meticulous person who will help further our success and reputation in the industry.
Specifically:
Monitor and maintain operation of facility systems including HVAC/Mechanical, Compressed Air, Electrical, and Plumbing
Perform daily environmental checks to ensure proper HVAC and humidification operation
Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, chillers, and humidifiers
Perform ESD equipment checks and repair to ensure compliance
Requirements:
5 years experience in facilities maintenance or a trade
2 year technical degree preferred
Experience with HVAC and plumbing in an industrial environment
Familiarity with safe operation of hand and power tools
Ability to work safely at height on ladders or lift
Ability to safely lift heavy loads with experience to select the appropriate lifting/moving equipment when appropriate
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
