Responsibilities:

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Full-time 1st shift Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee to help with preventative maintenance and other special projects within industrial facility in Manassas, VA. 

 

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift 7:000AM-3:30PM


Pay: Up to $25.00-$26.00/HR based on skills and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee works alongside maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment

  • You will be responsible for remodeling and refurbishing interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized 

  • Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainees monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory

  • This role also uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including operating a forklift to assist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Technical School Certification
