We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Facilities Maintenance Associate to help keep a busy manufacturing facility clean, safe, and running efficiently. This is a hands-on, physical position for someone who isn’t afraid to get dirty and takes pride in keeping a plant in good working condition.
Responsibilities:
Clean manufacturing machinery and production equipment
Shovel out pits and remove dirt, scrap, buildup, and debris
Maintain clean and organized production floors and work areas
Perform general facility cleanup and basic maintenance tasks
Assist with plant housekeeping and production support as needed
Follow all facility and workplace safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Manufacturing, industrial cleaning, facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable working in dirty, dusty, and industrial environments
Able to lift, shovel, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
