Facilities Maintenance

Fritcher Construction Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance worker to join our team. This individual will play a key role within a small specialized team, responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds of multiple sites. This position requires proficiency in landscape maintenance, irrigation management, and equipment operation to ensure safe, attractive, and well-kept outdoor environments. Daily tasks involve flexible responsibilities and regular weekday travel between locations, reporting to a supervisor to support overall site upkeep and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance to enhance site appearance
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
• Operate manual and powered equipment efficiently and safely
• Provide routine plant care, including pruning and fertilizing
• Conduct grounds inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Carry out lawn mowing and related turf care activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance tasks
• Travel regularly between job sites during weekdays

Requirements

• Prior experience in groundskeeping
• Proficiency in landscape maintenance and irrigation system management
• Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid Driver's License
• Have a safe driving record verified by Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• US work authorization
• Ability to pass background check
