We have an exciting opportunity for a Furniture Installer to join our Facilities Team in San Diego, CA!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Assemble, install, and relocate office furniture and equipment as required.
+ Coordinate, oversee, and perform medium- and large-scale employee moves and equipment relocations.
+ Support daily conference room setups, office build-outs, and tear-downs.
+ Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Follow detailed instructions and work effectively under close supervision.
+ Complete all required documentation and associated paperwork accurately and on time.
+ Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
+ Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including fueling, washing, and related tasks.
+ Adhere to established safety procedures and operating practices at all times.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications:
+ Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must demonstrate a basic understanding of facilities maintenance principles and concepts.
+ Must have a working knowledge of and discretion in safely operating hand and power tools.
+ Must be customer focused and possess:
+ A valid California driver's license with a good driving record verified by the DMV;
+ Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and other mechanical drawings;
+ Basic analytical ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice;
+ Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of employees and to accurately communicate, document and report;
+ Basic knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the field.
+ The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
+ Two-year technical degree or trade school equivalent desirable.
