QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of building maintenance, repair, and upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and daily maintenance logs.
  • Ensure building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning properly.
  • Communicate with tenants and vendors in a professional, customer-service oriented manner.
  • Schedule and supervise contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
  • Identify areas for preventative maintenance and improvement.
