- Prior facilities management or building maintenance experience preferred.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of building maintenance, repair, and upkeep.
- Maintain accurate documentation and daily maintenance logs.
- Ensure building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning properly.
- Communicate with tenants and vendors in a professional, customer-service oriented manner.
- Schedule and supervise contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
- Identify areas for preventative maintenance and improvement.
We are seeking a hands-on part-time or full-time Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of a 32,000 sq. ft. commercial office building in Midtown Anchorage. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the building owner to ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for tenants and visitors.
