The Facilities Manager is a key member of our organization, responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our facilities and building operations throughout Calhoun County. This role involves, coordination, and execution of maintenance, , and building projects. The Facilities Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Environment of Care standards and industry regulations, as well as fostering a culture that aligns with trauma-informed principles. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, along with a background in skilled trades or business.
