Facilities Manager - Bedford, MA Compensation: Target salary range: $100,000 - $131,000 base salary.
Quantum Computing Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to support laboratory, cleanroom, technical manufacturing, and critical infrastructure operations.
This role requires a combination of facilities leadership and strong technical facilities experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing vendors, contractors, preventive maintenance programs, and facility projects while also maintaining a deep understanding of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations.
Target experience includes:
• Cleanrooms (ISO, GMP, semiconductor, photonics, biotech, or advanced manufacturing) • Research laboratories or technical facilities • HVAC, chillers, boilers, air handlers, exhaust systems, and building automation systems (BAS/BMS) • Compressed gas systems (nitrogen, argon, specialty gases, etc.) • Preventive maintenance program ownership and development • CMMS administration and maintenance planning • SOP/MOP development and implementation • Facility reliability and troubleshooting • Critical utility systems • Vendor and contractor management • Capital projects and facility improvements • Environmental Health & Safety compliance
