As the Infrastructure Operations Leader, you will command the comprehensive operations of our state-of-the-art production campus, which specializes in high-volume manufacturing of shampoos, lotions, conditioners, and diverse personal care items. Your expertise in large-scale manufacturing settings will be instrumental in optimizing the collective performance of HVAC systems, boilers, and all facility-related engineering components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and enhance multifaceted facility operations, ensuring seamless functionality across all infrastructure systems such as HVAC and building maintenance.
- Oversee a diverse team of contractors, ensuring that their work aligns with established safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards across various trades including electrical and civil works.
- Lead the management of on-site wastewater treatment facilities, maintaining diligent regulatory compliance.
- Craft and manage comprehensive capital project strategies to facilitate infrastructure upgrades and ongoing facility enhancements.
- Uphold rigorous adherence to industry safety codes and OSHA standards.
- Spearhead the identification and implementation of facility improvement projects, driving initiatives from the planning stage to successful completion.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a closely related discipline, alongside a robust history of proven leadership in manufacturing settings.
- Boasts at least 7 years of plant or facilities management experience within manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrates hands-on expertise in essential facility systems, particularly HVAC, boiler operations, and electrical distribution infrastructure.
- Offers a proven ability to effectively coordinate and manage multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Exhibits exceptional project management skills, from budget creation to the meticulous coordination and execution of schedules.
- Holds a Stationary Engineer license (preferred) and possesses strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative inter-departmental relationships.
