Facilities Manager

Full Time - Remote

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our Facilities CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ensure our clinics operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. In this role, youll manage work order workflows, vendor communication and coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi site healthcare environment. Youll partner closely with Operations, Technical Services, and vendor partners to maintain service-level compliance and support a high quality experience for our teams and patients.

What Youll Do

  • Manage daily operations of the CMMS platform, including vendor/user administration, work order oversight, budget approvals, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Operations, Technical Services, Legal, Supply Chain, and Landlords, to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Analyze facility issues, review scopes of work, and engage vendors to drive timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance reviews, and documentation accuracy for invoicing and approvals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance system efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the clinic and vendor experience.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present CMMS reporting metrics to support operational decision-making, including asset evaluations, spend analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Prioritize a high volume of tasks based on operational urgency and clinic impact.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally supporting a multi-site healthcare environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to problem solve, make effective decisions, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
